Refund Policy

Czynx sells digital products and knowledge resources. If a purchase has a delivery problem, duplicate charge, or material mismatch from the product description, contact us for help.

Refund requests

Send refund requests to payments@czynx.com with the purchase email, product name, and issue. Requests are reviewed case by case.

Digital delivery

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited after successful delivery unless there is a clear technical or fulfillment issue.
